Mark A. Norman has been using Apple products since his parents brought home a Macintosh Performa 575. Over the years the Big Man has used every version of the Mac OS, from System 6 on down to 10.7.

Since a young age, Mark has used Macs for desktop publishing, video editing, website design, and general tomfoolery.

Mark attended Ball State University in his native state of Indiana, and graduated in 2006 with a B.A. in Telecommunications. He started working for Apple as a specialist in November of 2006. In his time at Apple he worked as a Specialist, Creative, Lead Creative, and finally as Lead Genius. While working for Apple, Mark earned several Apple Certifications. Mark holds the following certifications:

• Apple Certified Professional Final Cut Pro 6
• Apple Certified Macintosh Technichian 10.5
• Apple Certified Macintosh Technichian 10.6
• Apple iPhone Hardware Certification

Most recently, Mark earned:

• Apple Certified Support Professional 10.6

Mark has serviced and supported all current models of Macs, as well as all of the iOS devices. He is also well versed in iTunes on the Mac and iTunes for Windows.
